The Ladies of Charity recently gathered for a beautiful Installation Mass and dinner, marking the beginning of another year of faith, friendship, and service.
The evening began with Mass in the DePaul House Chapel, celebrated by Fr. Butler, during which our officers and new members were installed. The liturgy was beautifully enhanced by the music of Theresa McMahon and Meghan Barrow. Following Mass, all gathered at Wolfert’s Roost Country Club for a delicious dinner and an evening of fellowship. The room was filled with laughter, lively conversation, and the joy of being together.
We were delighted to welcome our new members and we look forward to getting to know them better in the coming months. We are excited to share our mission with them and to benefit from the many gifts, talents, and fresh perspectives they bring. We are grateful they have chosen to join us as we continue our work serving those most in need.
A highlight of the evening was a presentation by the Junior Ladies of Charity, which provided an inspiring glimpse into the many ways they are working to support those less fortunate. Their dedication, energy, and compassion were evident in all they shared and served as a wonderful reminder of the impact we can make together.
We are filled with gratitude for all our members, both new and returning and we look forward to another wonderful year of making a difference together!
